By creating an account or using Scripture Journey (“the app”), you agree to these terms.

Who Can Use Scripture Journey

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scripture Journey. The app is provided by PepStar LLC (Wyoming, USA).

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@pepstarllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free to Use

Scripture Journey is completely free right now, with the full experience unlocked — sermon journeys, the AI study companion, Ask Anything, Hebrew and Greek roots, family devotionals, the weekly Feed, and the library of Christian book studies. A few features are marked “Future Premium” so you always know the roadmap. If that ever changes, current users will get a generous heads-up well before anything is gated, and these terms will be updated first.

Sermon Sourcing

Sermon Journeys are built from real sermons preached at participating churches. We process publicly available sermon transcripts and captions to generate original Bible study content — passages, themes, reflections, and discussion. Pastor names and sermon titles are attributed in good faith. The generated study is original commentary that uses the Bible as its primary source; it is not a reproduction of the sermon. If your church isn't listed, you can request it right in the app, and we add the ones that fit.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Scripture Journey to:

• Harass, defame, or harm others
• Generate content using sermons you don't have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute generated content in bulk

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

• Bible passages quoted in the app are from translations whose use is permitted under their respective licenses.
• Generated study content is original commentary produced by AI from the Bible as the primary source, informed by the sermon. It's licensed to you for personal use only.
• Your journal entries belong to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you write.
• Pastor names and sermon titles are attributed in good faith. If you are a pastor or church and want your sermons handled differently (or excluded), contact support@pepstarllc.com.

Disclaimer

Scripture Journey is a Bible study tool, not pastoral counseling or theological authority. Generated content is based on biblical text and informed by sermons, but should not be treated as definitive doctrine. Use discernment and consult your pastor or trusted spiritual leaders for matters of faith and practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PepStar LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scripture Journey. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email. Continued use of Scripture Journey after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can delete your account any time by emailing support@pepstarllc.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
